Where in the world is this blog going?
Do I know? what purpose do I exist for?
Compelling questions.
Perhaps I can somehow get noticed as a small speck in the universe.
But if I do will that justify my existence?

Hello Dave,
It seems you visited my blog a couple of weeks ago. You stopped by on my post about my own bit of introspection. I don't do that sort of thing very often, but since I had been re-reading Pilgrim's Progress for like the 10th time and something jumped out at me that I had not noticed before... I blogged it.
Just to let you in on some of the details... I have just been feeling like the Lord has been preparing me for *something* and I had grown impatient with Him because I felt like I should have been called on a foriegn mission or something of that nature. However, I never really have had that call or desire. So what was it that I felt he was preparing me for?
I really still don't know, but I have since that post come to realize that He very well may already have me on the mission field. It just isn't the one of my preconceived ideas.
Your post reminds me of the first question in Spurgeon's catechism...
Question: What is the chief end of man?
Answer: Man's chief end is to glorify God, (1Co 10:31) and to enjoy him for ever (Ps 73:25,26)
It is really great reading, you should check it out: Spurgeon's Catechism
